Insurance certificate on file with the HOA, time-boxed code, camera note, loading dock and service elevator reserved.

Smoke event, close the unit

Damper to recirculate, balcony slider sealed, high-MERV filter in, indoor particulate logged hourly until outdoor AQI clears 100.

After a felt earthquake

Wait for the building to clear elevator recall, then walk the unit: gas valve, water lines, glass, AV mounts. Photograph and file before the next stay.
